We continue to support and encourage girls to pursue STEM careers by connecting local STEM programs, providing mentors for the North Museum’s STEM Sisters events, and sponsoring the Lancaster Science Factory’s Girls Code Program. We are developing a STEM Rain Garden Project with the goal of improving the storm water runoff problem in our local community while also teaching students STEM skills involved in the design and build.
We are always looking for areas in the community which would benefit from our help and would be happy to discuss how the Junior League of Lancaster might work with your organization collaboratively to improve the community.
