Hartz Physical Therapy seeks beneficiary for Fall Blast 5k

HARTZ Physical Therapy is currently accepting applications from local charitable organizations to be the recipient of the proceeds from its 13th annual Fall Blast 5K run/walk. The event will be held Saturday, October 1, 2016.

Interested non-profits must be headquartered in Lancaster County, or specifically earmark the funds to benefit Lancaster County initiatives. A brief proposal should be submitted describing the mission of the organization and outlining how the proceeds of this annual event (which average around $10,000) will be utilized by the organization as it strives to make a difference in the community. Application forms can be found at www.hartzpt.com. Applications must be received by March 15th 2016.

Over the past 12 years, approximately $140,000 has been donated to various local charities from the proceeds of this annual event. Past recipients include Hospice of Lancaster County, Aaron’s Acres, The Lancaster Science Factory, Power Packs Project and Girls on the Run of Lancaster.

Owner of HARTZ Physical Therapy, Brian Hartz, states, “I’m thrilled to be able to give back to local charities through the organization of such a fun community event. This is definitely one of those win-win situations!”

HARTZ Physical Therapy has been acknowledged for its incomparable excellence in quality and personal patient care since 2000. Servicing the Lancaster community for 15 years, HARTZ PT has three locations in Lititz, Lancaster and Ephrata to serve you better.
