Does it get any better than afternoon tea? We think not!

The Communications Committee warmly invites all current members of the Junior League of Lancaster, as well as potential new members and the entire Lancaster County community, to forget the troubles of the world one sip at a time with a sophisticated tea party fit for high society members of the Regency Era on Saturday, March 25th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at JLL headquarters (1130 Marietta Avenue/Lancaster, PA 17603). Please park in the main parking lot near the Carriage House at Wheatland – just past LancasterHistory – and follow the brick path to the front entrance on the property. Children, significant others, and non-Leaguers are more than welcome to join us!

As a drop-in, drop-out afternoon tea, all attendees can expect to be received like former President James Buchanan’s guests and offered a fine variety of hot and cold beverages, light fare, and a DIY crafting activity that will leave a fashionable impression to complement your dressage (period costumes are encouraged!).

While not required, a suggested $5.o0 donation will be accepted in lieu of a traditional ticket. We urge all guests to consider bringing a non-perishable item (or more!) to support the “Feed the Need” food drive organized by a 2022-2023 Cornerstone Sponsor, HARTZ Physical Therapy.
